Bloody hell, i remember how addictive that game was!! Loved it.
Never Knew it was russian, but if you listen to the tune it's blindingly obvious. It just never occured to me before.

Yes... haven't watched the vid yet but being a games nerd a knew tetris was russian and if i remember correctly the programmer made virtually nothing from it.....

The 'driving in russia' link/video makes me realise why all the ladas got sold back to russia in the 90's..... looks like they needed the spare parts!!!

I spent most of my student grant playing arcade Tetris back in the late 80s. It proves games don't have to be complicated to be fun and highly addictive!

Never really had the patience nor the dexterity to master tetris. Same with most computer games :?
If it doesn't work - hit it with a hammer. If that doesn't work get a bigger hammer.

thing is, its as simple as its adictive.
