I've never heard of Imgur deleting pictures though. It's by far the simplest one I've ever come across as well. It's free to register allright but they have a 225 picture limit, unless you pay to upgrade. Flickr is the exact opposite. Slightly more difficult to use, but a ton of free storage space.

I've been using Photobucket since Imageshack went paid. So far my only gripe with it is that it's not Opera-friendly (under Linux anyway), so I have to start up Firefox/Chrome to upload images.

Assuming you're using a supported browser, it seems to be pretty easy to use (basically just drag & drop images from the file browser into the webpage to upload). Does require registration though...

Will be watching this thread with interest to see what drops out.

I recently discovered, and been using, MediaCrush for hosting pictures. It ticks all the points, (unsure about 5) but it's a ridiculously easy drag and drop upload process. Thought I would share!
