UK Niva spotted in Belgium

My son, who works in Antwerp, Belgium, saw a grey 1600 Niva, dark 'Lexus' rear lights, chrome bull bar and with original Lada roof rack driving by. It had UK licence plates and was a RHD. Any one from this forum?
