For a kill switch put a switch in-line with the "yellow" wire. A simple single pole switch will do.

For a "fan on" switch take an additional wire from the "blue" (86) pole on the relay to a simple single pole switch and take a wire from the other switch teminal to ground.

If your switch has three terminals use the centre terminal and one of the outside terminals.
