I am considering selling my car and wondered if any one was interested before I go down the ebay route.
LADA 1600 ES
Here we have my extremely rare Lada 1600 es. This is an original es model that is fitted with a Black Vinyl roof, Alloys wheels and sports steering wheel!
I have owned this car since late 2009 and had been looking for one for years. I found this and purchased the car with a view to show the car. Originally the idea was just to tidy it up so it would be respectable to take to shows. That then turned into a restoration. The car has only covered 23,000 miles and is a delight to drive. The car is in amazing condition and gets many comments as it is as good as new! The car has only covered approx 500 miles in my ownership and lack of use is the main reason for selling as this car needs to be shown off!
The car has had the following work carried out:
Bottom half respray – (new panels were purchased but not needed as the car was very solid)
Vinyl roof was left untouched and is in excellent condition
Alloy wheels were fully restored which included full strip!
New Goodyear tyres fitted all round (the car has 5 alloys!)
New complete exhaust
New Front bumper
New plastic grill (original metal grill is with car)
New red Lada grill badge
Full service inc valve clearance check and brake pads
The parts came via Lada UK over a period of approx 3 months!
I have attended a few shows last year and it was the only Lada at these events!
These cars are extremely rare!
The vehicle has no tax but has an MOT till July 2011.
I can tax the car at extra cost and it is currently declared sorn. The car has not been driven over the winter.
I would love the car to go to an enthusiast like myself who can care for her over the coming years.
