We have gas to the house, that Ive tested. So I assume that gas is getting to the boiler OK.
So its over to a gas Eng, to sort it out. :-(

John:
Would not hurt to check your air intake for the boiler, had a friend get the specialist out just to find that the intake under her deck was plugged. I would imagine the board checks for airflow on startup.

Ive tried a reset option, well turning it off and back on again. Air intake is at the top the house so need a long set of ladders to check.
I've made a call to a women I used to work with who is now a plumber/gas fitter and she is turning up tomorrow to have a look....so will see then

John thats the gas valve open symbol and it indicates low pressure in the system. Check your pressure gauge and top up via your filling loop to 1.5 bar. Should do the trick.

Cheers Tom. The pressure gauge is showing 1 bar. I'm sure the pressure used to be sitting at around 1.5 bar
Is that the pressure for CH water, or the incoming water pressure or is the pressure overall?

No OBD socket :-(

Had fun and games with the boiler. With help from Tom (Uzbek) it sprang into life just as the boiler eng arrived. Many thanks to Tom for his assistance.

Went shopping with a friend, and came back with a PTO powered circular saw (28" blade), 5 plastic barrels (FOC), some stainless door bolts for the Landy and a transfercase output shaft seal.
