Well i was going to start it on ebay for £500 and see if it get towards the 800 mark, problem is i dont want it to go, but i need to have enough to go towards another car etc as i only have so much savings,

But on the plus side i might include things like the CD and the tomtom ive got wired in etc as the effort to remove them with my buggered back is pointless lol

the MOT is longer than i thought (til end of september), and it only needs minor maintenance, one notable is the brakes need a look, as its been standing, but again, i cant do that myself, so thats a negotiable factor :)

its a shame their getting rare, and with getting old i probably wont ever be in a position to get another :( sorry i'm whinging arent i!

I'm tempted... so very tempted.... and your fairly local to me too!

Just scraping through January until pay - why is chrimbo always so expensive?... maybe able to stretch to it

Is it the light in the pictures or has your Niva had a couple of dings?

BigRedJ, Very impressed with your Niva!

As I mentioned when I emailed you, it depends on the vrt I'd have to pay to register the vehicle if I bring it back here to Ireland. I hope to have some news on that front over the next couple of days, so I'll be in touch. :D

As far i know,it will cost you 750euro or more to clear it.It used to be around 350euro,but in july 2008 the law was changed to encourage the sale of low emissions vehicles  .Lada's do not fall into the low emission catogary.Eugene

Eugene, yeah I suspect it will be something around the 700euro mark, which will take the whole thing out of my price range. :(

I see you are based in Cork and have 5 Nivas. Did you import them from the UK? I rarely spot any for sale in Ireland. I think they are rare over here in general.
