I presume he means kerb (not curb) marks on the wheels???

Most of the literature over here spell it "curb".. the difference between North American and Proper English.

I find it amazing that he spent all that money on the wheels then couldn't be bothered to paint it.

As for offering a respray for £700 quid, is he mad? The rear is all polished metal and it has no roof, there's hardly anything to paint!

As for the questionable taste of his customising, I'll keep quiet on that one ;-)

There is also the question of what exactly it's for......

It won't go off road, I presume it isn't very fast, you can't carry stuff in it or leave it parked in town. And you can't drive it in the rain. What would you do with it?
