£650 ain't bad for that if it's as tidy as it looks. Still do reckon the Panda 1000 Fire was the one to have though. Still miss my father's one.

I saw a Camaro, a classic 911 and 3 weird vintage cars in the last 3 days. Too bad I don't have any pics, but it seems like as soon as the weather got better, the cars were allowed to leave their garage for a day or two. :)

Well, I've been out in the Nash with my dad on very rainy days indeed and you get fecking wet its like sitting in a bath with all your clothes on, with the aeroscreens up you get blinded, goggles get all steamed up then fill up with water and the bonnets aren't very waterproof. The sparkplugs stick out from the head and the leads have a little copper ring at the end which drops over the plug, so with the rain dripping through you can play count the misfire as you go. Sunny days are much less stressful.
Plus his insurance is quite prohibitive, so you have to plan your outings.
I agree with the alternative universe idea though, a classic car down my high street is a Clio!

Oh, that's a lovely Merc! That and Volvos of the same era are cars I'm really sad that I haven't had the chance to own (yet).

I know that open top cars etc have zero practicality points, and make for miserable life on wet days. Does that stop me wanting one of the new Morgan 3-Wheelers? Nope...not a bit.

You don't see many (any) on the roads these days. All rusted away I guess.

Found this on the interwebs. Apparently taken in 2008... and in Ireland.

Red E plate Metro City X spotted just outside Inverurie today. Looked mint from the quick glance I got.

Can't remember the last time I saw one - probably when I sold my yellow HLE to be honest!
