How do you register a new company

As the subject, if one does need to do it how do you do it?

Generally the easiest way is to go to a broker and buy an off the shelf one. Costs about £100-£200.

Is that the same for registering new companies as well?

It's a lot less hassle. It can be done in minutes. No to-ing and fro-ing with Companies House.

Doing it yourself is cheaper in outlay terms but long-winded and when you cost your time you'll probably spend as much if not more.

I've never ever registered a company but I have bought quite a few off the shelf ones.
