Insure cars that arnt on the road??????

Article in the news of the world says that even cars locked up in garages will have too be insured??

As soon as your policy runs out and you dont renew youll get a letter followed by £100 fine then your car could be crushed??

I hope this doesnt apply to sorn vehicles?
