I've heard that old line for years.
Lada = fun and useful, tough and no-nonsense
Turbo-whistle = what's you find in the porcelain bowl after relieving yourself of last nights supper.

I remember buying somthing very simular to this from a joke shop. The idea being you put it on your friends exhaust without them knowing, and they panic about it whistling... To sell it as a serious product is a bizzar turn around on a pratical joke!
