Its got four bids on at the moment.
I'd love the thing but i'd have to find a trailer to go to Derby and back and it's a bit of a risk (albiet not a large on) that the car's going to need more money spent on it than its worth. All the engine rubber will most likely be shot if its not even been turned over in 8 years.
If only it were near enough just to go have a shufty.

yeah vrt minimum 350 i think as it stands right now,
its just it seems to such a big issue for uk mainland guys to drive a few miles ,,,,, we have to drive it and buy unseen as its just such a waster to return empty,, that beige one if bought in uk would end up costing me purchase price plus 300 for ferry or more,,, plus 350 vrt tax plus fuel from here to there and back,, say 200, and about 2 days at least one in a motel somewhere,, add i up its not a cheap lada....

.... and all those are the very reasons why it's impractical to up and down the country for an unknown cheap car.
I don't mind any amount of driving but not on the off chance that the car will be worth the journey and expense.
and i've seen oil seals and the like go hard in brittle in a lot less than eight years when stood....

Eosullivan and John(old skool racer)have been blocked from bidding on this car, because we live outside the UK.Can someone in the UK and who is on this site bid for the car.It is such a pity to see this car going to sumone who may banger race it.Who ever buys the car, either me or john will buy it from you,but not at a inflated price. Please, please don't let the car fall into the wrong hands.Eugene
