1.3 Samara 1997 for sale

I have a Lada Samara 1.3s 1997, and have been think about selling it for some time now. It is a reluctant sale! IT HAS NO MOT OR TAX AND IS A SORN!

It has done 616miles, but when I had bought it, it had been sitting on a driveway for 3 years or so. It is mostly mechanically fine, the brakes need bled, so brakes at the moment=no! There was some trouble when I got the car, it wouldn't start, and after ages of pondering and tinkering, it turned out to be a simple float height problem.

About 2 weeks ago it was driven down the drive, and seemed to be getting starved of fuel, I believe this is due to a faulty carburetor solenoid, but these have been replaced already, so i cannot be positive that this is the problem.

The interior is decent, but due to years in the sun, the drivers seat has burst, but easily sown up again. There is a small brake in the dash ( front passenger side), again the sun.

Body wise, the underneath is pretty solid. There are small bit of rust here and there, arches and some on the bonnet (underside).

If anyone is interested please make me an offer. I will try to put up a couple of photos.

The back of bl**ding beyond - but only about 100 miles from Alan. Any developments about this car?

Sorry forgot to say that the car is no longer for sale. It was scrapped 3 days ago for 60 quid as no one was interested

,and then Scrap it

What you should have done was,to tell us the car was for scrap and all of us on the Forum would be around like a pack of VULTURES and we would have scraped it for you
