Dave I'm not the seller. Its an ebay item that I just listed on the forum. Click on the link and contact the seller through ebay. Good luck. :)

Is it possible to remove all the plastic 'styling' from this and replace the front with an original grill set up?

Certainly should be provided you can find the bits. Not 100% sure if there are any additional holes drilled for attaching the plastic though.

The plastic is attached to the bodywork by means of aluminum rivets which has led to a dank bit of electrolytic corrosion leaving some nice holes in the outer sills.

The bar of rusted metal is a support for the sidesteps which slid into the jacking points which must have been made from some god awful steel as it is mostly dust now.

The 'face' is just a plastic cover with some mesh that looks like it has come from the local garden center which has the sole purpose of retaining water where the headlights live. It's attached to the body by 4 rivets.
