Looks to be a pretty straight motor.I always thought that it was the 1.6slx Riva was sold with that type of front grill,or was it fitted to this car as non standard!! .Eugene

It was fitted to all 1600 SLX models and certain 1300s. They also had better front seats.

as a youngster we had a B-reg 1.5GLS with the chrome front, high back seats, better dash etc, think it was replaced by the 1.6SLX version a year or 2 later.
