Been offered a Samara

Post by hiccup » Sat Mar 03, 2007 12:32 pm

Hi all , I just found this forum and thought I would ask how much an L reg five door hatch back with genuine 20,000 miles and 10 months MOT would be worth. Its off the road as the owner is 90 and cant drive it any more.
Condition is good with the need to respray the piece that sits in front of the bonnet where he tried to cover stone chips. It has a brand new battery.
Was gonna put on ebay but found this first.

Welcome to the world of Lada, nice to have you join us.

As a very rough guide Flytedsamara (a chap on here) bought his Samara for around £250 with an mot, no doubt he will be along shortly to give you some idea of the age of his - I cant remember, I think it may have been on a 'K' plate?.
If the car you have been offered is in good condition then more to the point how much is is going to be worth to you??
If it doesn't work - hit it with a hammer. If that doesn't work get a bigger hammer.

yup very true jonno, K reg 44,000 miles one owner 6 months test = 250 quid. However mine is the 'flyte' - quite sporty?! so expect less for the standard one. Recently seen a 1.3 with full MOT only reach 120quid on ebay!!
