Yeah I agree, Knowing how many to bring in, how long they'll sell, who you appeal them to, how you advertise them.

I still hear Lada jokes in the pub today, Would be a hard one to crack. I think a televised Demonstration on Fuel TV or 4WDTV or the similar may be the ticket.

I'd love to see a Factory solid diff option, and VAZ do have diffs they can use.

Come on Andy get onto it.. Or send me over as your "rep"

Been there, after you confirm their minimum order of 3000 units by means of a letter of credit between banks for the full amount over an agreed time Avtovaz will consider if they will produce the cars, So there is the problem need to raise $12,000,000 to buy the cars another say $2000 each to pay the import duty and VAT= $6,000,000 then they need to be marketed through a dealer network (300GBP distribution costs) who will need to stock a minimum amount of parts the rest will need to be available from a national store $$$$$$. Even a joint effort between RHD countries would take mega bucks.

Hi Alan

Cheers for clearing that up. Not as easy as we thought to import RHD models. I reckon that if Autovaz gave it a shot then the Niva could go far.

Even Top Gear's Jeremey Clarkson was suprised how good Nivas are when he drove one.

I know two people who owned Nivas and swear by them, and you can't beat word of mouth.

Me too.

A good entertainer, if not a touch arrogant of course.
But a crap journalist.
