They are good advisories, one of my last ones was, "child seat in rear so rear seatbelts untested" at which point I decided they were pretty subjective to the tester and his/her state of mind and decided to ignore them. But I should watch out if I were you that fluffy seatbelt sounds dangerous.......

Theres a socket just behind the hand brake, I'm not to sure of the shape and number of pins, I'd go out and have a look but it's raining really really hard rght now. From memory it looks similar but I will check it out before any buying. Cheers for the tip.
