Today I mostly worked out that I don't have to take the flywheel off the Aprilia..........I've just about figured how the starter is "supposed" to work. Just got to get the bloody thing to do it now.

So no one really knows the figures which would mean no one is genuinely interested in getting a new one which proves a little bit more that globally Niva owners are tight arses! Not 100% on this but you might need a SVA test (Single vehicle approval) which is basically an MOT but done at a Vosa site. This is also because there is no emmissions history so they will give the default tax class (as in pre 2001) My step brother had to do this with a 2007 mustang he imported from...

I spent most of today driving a 1964 massey ferguson Tractor (10 years older than me)

Shifting concrete railway sleepers into a stack.

Plenty of good practice for the riva......no power steering and a pair of concrete sleepers pulling the front down make for interesting (heavy) steering)
