Today I mostly.... Re- built the bottom of my boot lid

Cut the bottom off, fab up some new stuff, spent ages spot welding and grinding, and now im waiting for the filler to set.

Even unfinished it looks better than it did. Before it had all the strength of a Richtea biscuit ...!!

If the yard has followed DVLA procedure and the paperwork has been done it ain't going back on the road. Always worth asking the question. There is a yard near me takes cars in and either brakes them or sells them as spare and repair. they have a car sales pitch of about 50 vehicles for sale. i sup...
