Don't know how difficult would be to get rear seat but installing is quite simple ,only 4 bolts and that's it

No modifications
You just bolt the seat back with the four screws
But you would need to take out that mesh in the back

I'll have to deal with it

because I think about doing that on my drill for a longer time
not yet dead, but it runs out quickly
